Data Deletion Instructions

Jenny is a WhatsApp assistant provided by Growthful Ventures Pte. Ltd. This page explains how to ask us to delete your data.

To make a request, email hello@heygrowthful.com with the subject "Data deletion request", from or quoting the WhatsApp number you used.

We may ask you to confirm the request from that WhatsApp number before we act on it, so that nobody else can delete your data.

We will confirm when your request has been completed. We may keep information where the law requires it, and we will tell you if that applies.
