Jenny By Growthful, Terms of Service
Effective Date: 07.09.2026 · Last Updated: 07.09.2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Jenny, a WhatsApp-native AI receptionist service ("Jenny" or the "Service") operated by Growthful Ventures Pte. Ltd. ("Growthful," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms are addressed to the businesses that use Jenny (each, a "Client," "you," or "your") — for example, gyms, hair salons, and aesthetic clinics. They are deliberately short. Where you have signed a separate agreement with us covering the Service, that agreement governs — see Section 4.
1. Who We Are
Growthful Ventures Pte. Ltd. is a company incorporated in Singapore. We can be reached at hello@heygrowthful.com for any questions about these Terms.
2. What the Service Is
Jenny operates on WhatsApp and communicates with your end customers on your behalf. It answers inquiries and schedules, confirms, reschedules and cancels appointments against the booking or calendar system you use. Where a conversation needs a person, Jenny escalates it to your team. Clients also have access to a dashboard for monitoring conversations, replying directly, and editing the Service's runtime configuration.
The Service depends on WhatsApp, provided by Meta, and on the calendar/booking and AI providers described in our Privacy Policy. We may change how the Service works as the product and those dependencies evolve.
3. Who May Use the Service
You may use the Service only if you are a business, are able to form a binding contract, and are using it for your own business purposes. You are responsible for the WhatsApp Business Account and phone number connected to the Service, and for everyone who accesses the Service through your account — including keeping dashboard credentials confidential.
4. Relationship to a Signed Agreement
If you have entered into a separate written agreement with Growthful covering the Service, that agreement governs and prevails over these Terms to the extent of any inconsistency. These Terms apply where no such agreement is in place, and apply to any matter a signed agreement does not address.
5. Acceptable Use
The Service runs on WhatsApp, so your use of it is also subject to Meta's own terms — in particular the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Commerce Policy. You agree to comply with those, and not to use the Service:
- To send unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful messages
- To send content that infringes another party's rights, or that is unlawful, harassing, or obscene
- To collect special categories of personal data through Jenny (for example health, financial, or identity-document data), which the Service is not designed to handle
- In a way that interferes with the Service, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to it or to another Client's data
- In breach of any law applicable to you or to your end customers
Meta enforces its own policies independently of us. Enforcement action against your WhatsApp Business Account — including messaging limits, template rejection, or account restriction — is Meta's decision, not ours.
6. AI-Generated Content and Its Limitations
Jenny's replies are generated by an AI system. They can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate to the situation, and the Service is not a substitute for a person exercising judgement. You are responsible for:
- Telling your end customers that they are interacting with an AI-powered service
- Monitoring conversations and stepping in where a person is needed
- Checking that bookings, cancellations, and information given to your customers are correct
Jenny does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and must not be configured to do so.
7. Data Protection
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA"), you are the data controller for your end customers' personal data and we act as a data intermediary processing it on your behalf, while we are the data controller for your own account data. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the data your customers share with Jenny, and for giving them appropriate notice.
8. Service Availability
We provide the Service on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. These Terms do not include a service level agreement or an uptime commitment. The Service depends on third parties — Meta/WhatsApp, your calendar or booking system, and our AI provider — and interruptions originating with them are outside our control. We may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, or where continuing to operate it would breach a third-party policy or applicable law.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Jenny's responses will be accurate or suitable for any particular situation. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where you have a signed agreement with us, the liability position set out in that agreement applies (see Section 4).
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published at jenny.growthfulworkflows.com/terms, with the "Last Updated" date shown above. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated to Clients by email or through the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.
